Feedback from DMM Vienna

„First of all, I’d like to sincerely thank the Care-for-Rare Foundation and Prof Klein for giving me this great opportunity to attend the DMM 2012 conference in Vienna. This conference was one of the best conferences I have ever attended, and the programs were thoroughly arranged to reflect the recent advancements in the field of rare genetic diseases. The atmosphere was highly collaborative and friendly. All speakers were the experts in their fields, and they did their job very well. Their excellent works gave me inspiration to continue working on rare diseases in Thailand. I did learn a lot of things that can be used to advance my research on identifying disease-causing variants in Thai families, for example the cleverly-designed methodologies/models for functional analyses, etc. Again thank you very much for your kind consideration. I do hope that this will mark the beginning of our fruitful collaboration in the near future.“
